$800 + travel. Parties, receptions, pop-ups and brand activations.
Full day — 8 hours
$1,600 + travel. Conferences, weddings, tournaments and multi-part events.
$1,200 + travel. Galas, fundraisers, award nights and corporate socials.
Standard — 6 hours (most booked)

$200 per hour with a 2-hour minimum. Travel from Los Angeles is quoted with your estimate; parking and venue fees are passed through at cost. Additional hours are $200/hr, billed in half-hour increments. Quotes are honored for 30 days.

A pre-event planning call with timeline review and shot list, professional full-frame Canon kit with on-site backup, professionally edited high-resolution images, sneak-peek highlights within 48 hours, a full private online gallery within 10 business days, download and print rights for personal and social use, and a vendor or venue gallery on request.
Every booking includes

Second photographer, on-site headshot station, aerial/drone coverage where venue and airspace permit, same-day highlight delivery, and a commercial or advertising usage license.

A 50% retainer secures your Saturday; the balance is due on the event date. Reschedule with 14 days' notice and your retainer transfers to a new date, subject to availability. Checks payable to Gregory Willard; other payment options on request.
Portraits, headshots and family sessions are quoted individually by session length and number of finished images. Send a note with what you have in mind and I will reply with options.
